Overview
ACR Group is a specialist recruitment business operating across three key divisions: ACR Executive Search, ACR Construction, and ACR Trades & Labour. The objective of the project was to create a single website that clearly communicated the wider group's capabilities while allowing each division to target its own audience and showcase its specialist expertise. The website needed to work equally well for employers and candidates, providing clear routes into vacancies, recruitment services, team information, and enquiries while presenting ACR Group as an established and credible recruitment partner.
Approach
Our approach centred on creating a clear digital architecture that connects the three divisions while maintaining their individual positioning. We developed dedicated sections for Executive Search, Construction, and Trades & Labour, with tailored content, services, vacancies, team profiles, and candidate and client journeys for each. A consistent design system was used across the group to create a cohesive brand experience, while distinct imagery and messaging helped each division retain its specialist identity. The website was also designed around recruitment functionality, with clear calls to action, job search journeys, enquiry routes, and a responsive experience across desktop and mobile.
Outcome
The finished website gives ACR Group a professional and scalable digital platform that brings its three specialist recruitment businesses together under one clear online presence.
