Luxury transport is experiential � customers needed an online booking flow that matched the level of service (ease, trust, punctuality). The existing digital experience didn�t reflect the brand�s premium nature or support multi-channel bookings.
We created a hospitality-led UX in Figma focused on clear service tiers (airport transfers, cruise transfers, meet & greet). Built in React.js, the site provides a simplified booking funnel with time-zone aware scheduling, vehicle selection, optional extras, and clear pre- and post-trip communications. Visuals and micro-interactions were tuned to convey calm, professionalism and reassuring reliability.
Outcome
Bookings are clearer and easier, customer confidence has increased thanks to improved service transparency, and operations benefit from cleaner booking data � a platform ready to scale into corporate travel partnerships.
