Overview
An ambitious recruiter needed a brand-forward site that communicates speed, technology and premium candidate experience, while giving recruiters tools to pitch and retain client relationships.
Approach
We developed a bold brand system in Figma emphasizing personality and story-led case studies. Built in React.js, the site includes feature-rich role showcases, a talent spotlight section, and modular service pages that make it easy to run targeted campaigns. We also set up conversion-focused lead paths for retained search and contingency recruiting.
Outcome
Atomic Talent now projects a confident, modern identity and converts prospects with strong social proof and faster lead qualification to better positioning the firm for premium mandates.
