Overview
A specialist recruiter with deep sector expertise needed a site that reflected authority and made executive and contract roles easy to discover, while presenting case studies that win corporate briefs.
Approach
We designed sector-led landing pages and talent pipelines in Figma to surface niche expertise (hard FM, soft FM, compliance roles). Built in React.js, the site includes targeted candidate pathways, a refined careers search, and customised case study templates that showcase outcomes and KPIs. We focused heavily on credibility cues: client logos, detailed testimonials, and downloadable capability statements.
Outcome
Ferguson now presents a market-leading face to corporate clients. The site supports higher-value briefs, shortens sales cycles through clear capability evidence, and improves candidate flow for hard-to-fill roles.
